Pleasant — room is big..good to stay with family

Decided to leave 2 days into 9 day stay. — Pool was clean, staff were helpful.

Disappointing Stay at Impress Resort Phuket – Far from Impressive — There is absolutely nothing I liked about this resort, and I feel it’s important to point out that this is not a 5-star resort as they claim. Their advertisement on Booking.com is entirely misleading. Upon further investigation, I found on Google Places that this property is officially rated as a 3-star resort. The disparity between their claims and reality is unacceptable and borders on false advertising. Guests deserve transparency, and unfortunately, this resort fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I have attached some photos as well.

Superb — Nice modern room. Swimming pool and fitness center. Very comfortable bed. Cool kitchen and terrace.

Cheap and value for money! — The place is good value for money. For that price obviously one cannot be too demanding. The aircon works, the bathroom (kinda) works, the bed is sufficiently comfortable, the fridge works, the people are friendly, there is good amount of living space, the pool is clean.

Not good — Staff is polite

Book somewhere else. — Leaving when my taxi arrived.

Exceptional — feel comfortable in the rooms

Okay — Nice spacious rooms with good air con, nice clean pool & gym (gym is basic and some machines stopped working but still a good little gym with weights)

Exceptional — I didn't have breakfast but the location was very good as it was close to a quiet places and waterfalls and the traffic was not chaotic in this area also there were local markets which you could walk to

Convenient and comfortable for our needs. — The front of desk person on arrival was welcoming and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The fact that the hotel had a swimming pool was a bonus. Just around the corner from the hotel is an excellent Thai restaurant - Grilled Fish Miang Thalang.

Good stay, will visit again. Unlucky to catch the local meat market on the first night. — Great stay, friendly staff and excellent pool for morning swim.

Perfect for my short 1 nighter — Good value for money, I only needed to stay one night and it was perfect for that. Nice staff, decent rooms.

Decent for the price, but far from 5 stars. — The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and all the essentials are provided, including a large fridge, daily cleaning, a small gym, a modest pool, and a spacious parking area. For the price, it’s okay.

Very good — It’s peaceful and kinda private for solo traveler, the room and facilities is nice and clean and staff are very friendly

Good — The manager was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me find my lost ID cards at another facility. He drove me with his car to the places I had been to. Can't thank him enough

Nice place to stay in Thalang, Phuket — Huge, comfy beds and plenty of room to stretch out. The pool and gym access were top-notch, and the free shuttle to nearby attractions was a total game-changer for our trip. Everything was convenient and high-quality.

Nice place to stay — Nice small resort with big enough rooms. There was a kitchen in the room that was great. Good facilities including restaurant, pool, gym, parking. Many local caffes and restaurants near by so you have choice there to go at evening even if you don't have any vehicle. Very reasonable price for accommodation. Good location if you have a vehicle. Just 10-15 minutes to the beach and 5-7 minutes to center of the area - Boat Avenue. Staff was nice and friendly.
